Zenvokta receives contact and free-trial enquiries through this website to review business requests and respond to prospective clients.

What we collect

We collect your name, email, selected service and description of your needs. You may also provide a business name and phone number. Cloudflare Turnstile helps check whether submissions are automated.

Why we collect it

We use this information to assess and respond to enquiries, discuss project scope and track follow-up. A trial does not start automatically when you submit the form.

Service providers

The website uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting and Turnstile security, and Supabase to store enquiry records. Those services process data as necessary to operate the form.

Retention and access

Enquiry details should be accessible only to authorized business administrators and technical providers. We retain enquiries as needed for follow-up, record-keeping and applicable obligations, and will define an operational deletion schedule before public launch.

To ask about, correct or request deletion of an enquiry, use our contact form. Do not share passwords or sensitive financial documents.
